Witness Preparation

Witness preparation is incredibly important. For RMP, this process often includes:

• reviewing relevant facts and timelines

• discussing the role of the witness

• preparing for depositions, hearings, or trial testimony

• identifying documents or topics that may be discussed

• helping the witness understand courtroom or deposition procedures.

The goal of witness preparation is not to change testimony, but to help the witness present truthful information clearly, confidently, and effectively.

Effective witness preparation can help reduce confusion, improve communication, and ensure that a witness is better equipped for the legal process.
