Having not been satisfied with the outcome at the trial court level, a client hired RMP to handle his appeal to the Arkansas Court of Appeals.  RMP argued that the trial court committed reversible error by failing to find a material change of circumstance that would warrant a modification of the joint custody arrangement.  In a unanimous decision, the Arkansas Court of Appeals agreed and reversed the trial court.
