Background

Kate Davidson is originally from Benton, Arkansas and joined RMP as a partner in January of 2022 in the Little Rock office. Kate attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics in 2011. After college, she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude with her juris doctorate in 2014.  During law school, Kate served as the Managing Editor of UALR Law Review and authored the published law review article, Bankruptcy – Confusion and Ambiguity: The Post-BAPCPA Uncertainty Concerning the Ride-Through Option in the Eighth Circuit, 36 U. Ark. Little Rock. L. Rev. 489 (2014).

After passing the Arkansas Bar exam, Kate began her career as an attorney where she has zealously represented clients in real estate transactions, commercial contract negotiations, construction contract negotiations, complex commercial litigation, civil appeal, debtor-creditor issues, and general business law.

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and children, Owen and Emma Kate. Kate and her family enjoy travelling and attending their church in Bryant.
