Of Counsel

Lisa Geary of RMP recently filed a brief with the United States Supreme Court on behalf of 65 professors of law, business, economics, and sports management as amici curiae in the NCAA case that will be argued at the court later on March 31.  The brief was filed in support of the college athletes, arguing that the NCAA had placed unlawful restraints on student-athlete compensation.
