Born and raised in Texarkana, Texas, Ryan Fant received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University – Texarkana in Criminal Justice in 2018. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2022. Ryan interned in the summers with the Bowie County District Attorney’s Office in Bowie County, Texas. Upon completion of his degree, he was hired as an Assistant District Attorney. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Texas. He joined RMP, LLP as an associate attorney in June of 2026.

Ryan’s practice includes a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. He was involved in many high-profile cases in the East Texas area. When not in the office, Ryan enjoys watching the Razorbacks, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
