Jennifer Flinn focuses primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. After graduating from the University of North Texas in 2003, Jennifer moved to Little Rock to attend law school at the University of Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and has called Arkansas her home ever since. After graduating from law school, Jennifer clerked for the highly esteemed Justice Robert L. Brown on the Arkansas Supreme Court and later worked as an aide to former Governor Mike Beebe.

Prior to joining RMP in 2025, Jennifer spent years in private practice advising and representing public school teachers and administrators across the state of Arkansas. Aside from her practice, Jennifer has also served as an adjunct professor at the William H. Bowen School of Law since 2012.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, Kevin, and daughter, Molly.
