Drew Ray is originally from Crossett, Arkansas, and joined RMP LLP as an associate attorney in November of 2025. 

Drew attended Harding University, where he earned his degree in Business Management and Administration in 2018.  Additionally, he received the Primus Inter Pares award from Harding as the most outstanding student in Business Law.  His education continued at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022.  Professionally, Drew's practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, but has encompassed a wide range of fields, including insurance defense, criminal law, family law, medical malpractice, estate planning, and contracts.

In his free time, Drew enjoys hiking, camping, watching the Razorbacks, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
