With almost 40 years of litigation and trial experience, Tim Boone joined RMP as a partner in 2025. Tim serves as lead counsel in complex medical malpractice, mass tort, and product liability litigation in state and federal court. His clients include the largest and most respected public, private, and nonprofit hospitals and healthcare organizations in America, allowing him to work with industry leaders in their active medical-legal cases, as well as with policy development and legislative efforts, so they may better serve their clients in an ever-changing healthcare environment. 

With a reputation for professionalism and integrity, Tim has been recognized by both his peers and the public. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008, having twice been named as Lawyer of the Year by that organization (Medical Malpractice Defense, Little Rock – 2017 and Insurance Law, Little Rock – 2018). He has been selected for inclusion in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2014. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation-only association of trial lawyers and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the civil jury trial in America. Tim has also achieved an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Arkansas Money and Politics recently named him one of Arkansas’ Fifty over 50 and as one of Arkansas’ Legal Elites.
