Background
Taylor Baltz became an associate attorney at RMP in September of 2019. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning and tax. Taylor represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation matters including contracts, business disputes, construction claims, personal injury, products liability, real estate, and tort. In these cases, Taylor represents individuals and businesses who have been sued or wish to sue for contract disputes, business disputes, personal injury claims, or any other tort claims.
Taylor attended Arkansas State University for her undergraduate degree, receiving her Bachelor’s in Finance and Financial Management in 2016. Taylor earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville in 2019.
During law school, Taylor clerked at RMP and for other private firms in Northwest Arkansas. Taylor was born and raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas. In her free time, Taylor enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
